01Agreement
By creating an account or using Gridcast you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
02Your account and workspace
You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, for keeping credentials secure, and for the members you invite.
03Content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of your briefs, uploads and generated artifacts. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and publish them on your instruction.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of every social platform you connect, and for content you publish through Gridcast.
04Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at period end.
Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan credits expire above your plan's rollover cap; pack credits do not expire while your account is active.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. If a payment fails, plan credits may be frozen until the balance is settled.
05Acceptable use
Don't use Gridcast to generate or publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam, or to circumvent the limits of the platform or third-party providers.
06Availability and changes
We may change features, prices or these terms with reasonable notice. The service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.
