01What we collect
Account data (name, email), workspace content (briefs, flows, artifacts, plans), connected social account tokens and performance metrics, and billing records.
Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
02How we use it
To run the service: generate content, publish and schedule posts, compute analytics and learnings, meter credits and bill you.
We do not sell personal data or use your content to train our own models.
03Processors
Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, database), AI model providers (generation), social publishing and analytics providers, public-data providers (competitor research) and a payment processor. A current list is available on request.
04Retention and deletion
Workspace data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a workspace removes its content; billing records are retained as required by law.
05Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data, and object to processing, by contacting us. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.
